scamed $149.95
Advance Cleanse total scammed!! Was order to free trial paid $0.99. They then charged w/ in 2 weeks a charge of $149.95. Since I found out through my bank. I then quickly called at1-866-385-2030 and also at 1-8772381531 both #'s were given me hard time to get this strengthen out. They so rude not willing to give further information about the accounts that they are charging me for something that was not authorize to get charged. They just given me the ( [email protected]). To request a REFUND. They to mention that I wasn't gonna get my money back. So I blocked all accounts for all future transactions. Go to your bank and request a FRAUD CLAIM. SCAM
This company has no "FREE TRIAL" they are a RIP OFF! they billed my card $149.99 for something I did not want. I cancelled and received no product, so it should have been refunded..I would never pay 149.99 for this and no where did it say how much this was

Was charged $149.95 after I cancelled
I tried out a free trial and received this product. The recieved an email to confirm the order and the end of the trial period was March 3rd. I was not happy with the product during the trial and called and cancelled on March 3rd. This is the email I recieved

Free offer not free
I saw and offer for a free trial for Advance Cleanse. I ordered t his free trial and paid for the postage (.44). My order was placed on Jan. 29 and I was to receive within 4-6 days. My bank acct. was charged for this free offer on Feb. 1 in t he amount of 54.97. I did not receive the product until Feb. 26. I called the customer service number provided and was told that I could not get a refund because it was 14 days after I ordered the product - yet I had not received the product within that 14 days. When I insisted, I was told that I had to file a refund request at [email protected] which doesn't seem to exist.
At the same time I ordered AcaiBerry Pure at 14781 Memorial Drive Box #891, Houston Texas; Pureberryhelp.com same story as above.
I want a refund of my money and this company out of business and they are taking advantage of people and lying to consumers.

we cannot afford the payment and we just missed the dead line by one day, my husband is unemployed and need the money for other payments. also the product that was for my daughter made her sick she actually had to run to the hospital yesterday. and we do not need the next shipment we will not be using it. if its already sent we are willing to send it right back, we haven't recived anything and we already being charged for something we don't want, need, nor be using.

Hello, my name is Viola M.Shaw, I decided in January 2010 to take advantage of your free trial offer to later find out that it is indeed not free but very expensive. I find that your e-mail to me regarding your product was very misleading, I had no idea that if I had not used your product within 14 days and call for a cancellation that I would be charged $149.95 for a membership fee that your customer service rep could not tell me what the membership offers for this amount of money. I e-mailed your customer service 3/4/2010 to express how I felt in regards to this, I recieved an e-mail from a Mr. Keith O'Donnell who said that he could not find an order for me, so today I am enclosing the cancellation #'s given me yesterday by your customer service rep, who by the way was quite rude, he said to me"can't you read", I did not get rude with him I just wanted to clear up this matter of charging my credit card without my approval my cancellation #'s are #577338 򌽽, I would really appreciate hearing from someone at your company regarding this matter, I wrote in great detail yesterday why I would not have ordered your product with a time frame of 14 days attached, I am a cardiac patient and I do not take any medications without consulting with my cardiologist . I await your reply, but I will continue to request my refund from your company as I can see this has happened to many others, I do not think you will be very successful in business by taking money wrongfully from your customers b'cause after awhile you won't have any customers at all.Thank you Viola M. Be Careful, The Advance Cleanse Doesn't Have A Free Trial, It Is A Scam
I order this product on 01/26/10, hoping to take advantage of free trial offer. I never recieve the product and later learn that $149.95 was debited from my bank account. I believe this company is a scam and taking money from too many consumer in a sneaky way.This company need to be stop. There are no live person, where you can make complaints to, the customer services reps directs you to email address ( [email protected]), that is not helpful. Where do the consumer get help to solve this problem?
A person doesn't has money to give away with an economy like the one we are currently in.
