I paid $.99 for a free trial which I received. Two weeks later, Tonight they debited nearly $150.00 without my permission. This is a scam and I want the charge reversed immediately . They scammed me and I want my money back.They should be prosecuted.HELP PLEASE STOP THEM

My Invoice/packing slip is dated 01/21/10. On 01/29/10 I contacted Advance Cleanse and canceled due to doctors orders, I have an intestinal illness and am unable to take it. The man's name was Nick, agent #009, canceled future orders and gave me a reference#. They charged my little credit card for $149.95, did not send me any product, put my card over limit with charges. I found out when I got my statement, called the customer #, they said I did not call and cancel soon enough. I also am to email a product support address to request a refund.

I started and my security program came up with a warning that it was a rerouted email address, unknown and might be a trick. I stopped there and called my credit card company. I explained it all to them and they are going to dispute the charge.

I hope I succeed, since I have every piece of paper including the box it came in.

My 80 year old mother placed an order for the Free Trial of Advance Cleanse in August of 2009. When the product arrived, she returned it within the the week and requested that her "membership" be canceled. Instead, she was charged the full price of $79- and continued to be charged for another 5 MONTHS! In spite of her request to cancel, she received 2 more shipments ( though she was billed for 5!!!) . All efforts to refund her monies have gone unheeded. She finally reached someone at their Customer Service line, and was promised a full refund. It has not materialized. Instead she received an unsigned letter from an unnamed Customer Service person denying her request for reimbursement.

Turning to her credit card company to stop authorizing these charges, has led to a dispute of the charges for the final two months. ( Her credit card company can only dispute charges within a 60 day period. My advice is to beware of any company that offers only a 14 day trial. I believe that the 'clock' on such offers begins the day they receive your order, though you may not actually receive the products for a week or more. Then it is your word against theirs whether you have complied with the Terms and Conditions of their cancellation policy.

This was an expensive lesson - nearly $500 dollars for product that was unwanted, and much of which never arrived. Poor treatment indeed for a woman who has never so much as cheated on a test in her whole life.

They toke money out of my account of $149.95 and $3.95 for shipping and they said all had to pay is for shipping. Nothing about i had 14 day to cancel or there take $149.95 out of my account. I all so try the AdvancedAcai Weight loss System they were nice to me and pill just did not work for me. When they seen you there stuff they all so in cloud a phone numder and tell you have 14 days to cancal. They are a good company if you like to try them cast for 30 pills are $70.00. Do not try Advance Cleanse they do not give any thing to help you get your money back and if i do not get my money back i will get them on the news so they can not do this to any one.

I'm sure 90% of the people know about the fine print. what the company is doing is when you call to cancel before your 14 day trial is up they tell you after you give them your info is that the system is down and to call back in an hour. they then go and charge your card real quick as soon as you hang up. SCAM!!! and it appears they make it very difficult to get a refund. everyone that reads this needs to do what I did. 1. request your refund. 2. report them to the BBB, advance cleanse has two locations, Miami, and California, so report them to both BBB in there county. 3. report them to your states attorney general. 4. file a dispute with your bank about these fraudulent charges, they will also do an investigation. beyond that there's not much more to do. I also contacted my local news station and closed the bank account that was charged so there would be no other charges by these CROOKS! DON'T BUY ADVANCE CLEANSE find something at your local vitamin store.
