My daughter ordered a 30 day trial of your product which was NEVER received! So of course while she waited the 30 day cancellation period expired and she was charged (without authorization) TWICE @ $149.95 this made her account have NSF!!
I want you to refund the $300 you charged (without consent) immediately! If not, I have no choice but to get the authorities involved... and I will. She was also charged $70 for NSF that I want paid as well. I see where this is not the first time you have pulled this crap on someone else as well. I expect a response ASAP!!

I ordered a "sample" of Advance Cleanse, but never received it, but I did receive two full bottles of the product as well as a charge to my credit card account in the amount of $155.00 plus. I did not use this product and would never order such a product for a fee such as I was charged. Never was it explained in explicit terms what the fee would be for full orders. I only wanted to try it and see if it would work. I refuse to keep these bottles and would be happy to send them back unopened upon instructions from you. I would like a full refund. i r.eceived the product on jan.25 and had 14 days to cancell my membership . thet have since taken the membership money from my account, and it has not even been 4 days.i was told i had 14 days to see if i liked the product and i could cancell at any time, this was not the case. when i called them they gave me a bocus e-mail adress for complaints. i am gettting the run around, and they took 149.00 out of my account. please anyone thinking of getting this product do not get it from them they are crooks.

I did not read the terms and condition this product when I ordered this product I spoke with an operator from your company I asked him to cancel the order, but after finding out that it was a non refundable offer I ask to cancel so I could at lease get something for my money .I Have had the product for 14 days but have not tried it yet .I feel if I`m going to pay for something I should at least be able to get some benefit from it I`m asking if the cancellation can be reinstated.
