paid for lifetime movie download subscription and got nothing in return. When I go to movie downloads site, I am redirected to subscription site to pay for service.

when clicked to download google earth their membership came up
i would like a full refund as i was missled as to what i was getting. I was under the impression when i download google earth that thats what i was doing. At no time did google earth say anything about Advance Telecom Inc.

I purchased the macromedia flash 10.0 with down load instructions to be e-mailed to me. I paid 49.95 but didn't receive any instructions

paid for product but could not download it
I paid for PDF 2009 but could not get back to download page.
I then called their support line and waited over 15 minutes before speaking to someone.
They asssured me the download link would be sent to my email address within 1/2 hour. I'm still witing for it.

Paid by Pay Pal for three years service for Google Earth and did not receive promise3d download instructions.

Did not recieve confiramation and link to download. Have since learned that this site is fraudulent and there are numerous complaints about them. I would think that Paypal would have banned them or alerted buyers. I would like to cancel payment to them and expect this to be rectified.

I was almost sucked into "buying" this service. I had gone all the way to the PayPal page and stopped for some reason. I looked deeper int0 Advance Telecom and found your site. Thank you so much for saving me from making a huge mistake.

This company put a charge through my pay pal and was not legitimate. I tried to get the down loads the next day and there was no such company.

False representation of another company
While I was setting up my Mp4 player. This company said I needed a 3 year plan in payment of 49.90 for apple/ipod support. It has been confirmed that I was scammed out of my money.
