I ordered the free trial for Bright Teeth Wightening. I canceled my order on day 14 of ordering the trial...(not day 14 of using the product as is implied).
At this time I had already been charged $ 78.93, as it says in the terms of the order, and I wasn't charged that ammount once but 4 times. I was told that it was now 15 days from my order date and according to the terms of aggreement I had to pay.
After canceling the order. I then got down to the business of getting the extra charges reversed. They said that that would take some time. My problem didn't fit their script. When I asked for a refrence number or something similar so that I could re-contact the Company to double check if things were taken care of, and incase there were problems. I got nothing. "Just call this mumber back."
Why does this company sneek in their terms that the 14 days begin from the time of order? Why is it your problem if you don't recive your product in a timely manner? They aren't interested in their products only in making a fast buck on the unsupecting.
Remember that Free is always too good to be true.
Beware of over charges for the product, and know that when you call to talk to someone for help with this problem that you will get scripted "help" from a guy in India.
This company is guilty of several bad business practices.
