I called the phone number given on packing slip- 1-866-964-1011. I used both cell and landline. Finally got live person named "Roselio" communication was very garbled and had to speak slowly and loudly. I told him he was breaking up alot like he was speaking to me on a cheap telephone. (While waiting on line for help I listened to garbled and broken up garbage that was supposed to be music for 6 to 9 minutes.)

I finally was able to tell him to cancel my home delivery service. He finally understood and placed cancel order. He gave me a Confirmation number to use to reference to should I call back.

When calling this entity you better be patient and expect garbled phone call and repetition of your request. Apparently rep I spoke to had difficulty understanding me too.

Advance Wellness Research is robbing people. Everyone who works there in that company can go and burn to hell... You guys are ripping people off. I hope you guys die. F*#$ing bad people. SCAM!!!

Response to an email and was directed to a website and accept for a free trial of the Acai product.
Received an email to confirm only been charged for the shipping.
The web-ad and the email DO NOT have any information telling you that by accepting the trial product you are automatically signed up for a monthly charge of USD 80.83 after 14 days trial period.

Since I lived in Australia, the product did not arrived within the 14 days trial period and I was surprise to see a transactions on my master card of amount USD 78.81. Send an email to them and request to get a refund because I didn't authorize this transaction. I have send them at least 10 emails to protest against 3 more unauthorized charge from the same company.
I have request a dispute on all 3 transactions and my bank is still investigating.

BE VERY CAREFUL, as they use different name for each transaction charge on your master card.

Any idea on how to stop this IDIOT to continue such deceptive business practice

Racheal Ray endorsed the product, at least that's what the web ad said. So, I thought I'd check-out the free-trial. What a mistake!
On 2/21 they sent an email saying they had shipped the "free" trail and were only charging shipping & handling. No where in this email did it mention that by accepting this "free" trial I had signed up for an auto-ship and charge every month. The web ad, free-offer website, or the email they sent on 4/21 never mentioned that the product was $80 for 60 capsules! If you go to thier web-site now it still doesn't give you a cost for the product, it doesn't even mention the product name.
The product arrived 2/27 with no paperwork, no return contact or cost information. I tried calling them on Monday and Tuesday 3/2 & 3/3 to tell them it made me nauseated and that I wanted to return the product but kept getting a busy signal or disconnected. I sent an email to [email protected] on 3/3 saying I wanted to the product but received no response. All within the 14-day trial period.

Another bottle arrive on 3/29, this time it had paperwork so I called that same day. I told them about the calls and emails and offered several time to send a copy of the email and to return all of the product, but they told me to keep it and they would credit my account. Now I know why they were so cooperative- they had billed me for $4.99 shipping & handling, $81.17 for the "free"trial and another $86.31, a total of $172.47. I did get a credit for $78.81, but they overcharged me $93.66 even though I did cancel during the 14-day trial!

This company offers a 14 day trial of Acai Berry for 4.99 with the promise that if your not happy with the product just return the unused portion and you won't be charged. The problem is, if you don't cancel your order with in 14 days of their shipping date they will charge your credit card for 78 dollars. They don't mention this in the order form or advertisement. The real scam is trying to contact these people. I've tried 3 times to call the phone # they give to cancel and its the same old song and dance---- Sorry, the lines are busy but as soon as the next person is available will be happy to assist you. The thing is, they never do answer the phone. It's a scam, plane and simple!
