took 149.95 from my account with no permission
I order advanced cleanse, they said a only had 14 days trials, i never red that when I ordered the product, and I just received the product have not been the 14 days yet since a got the product, but they already charge 149.95 to my account. I called and the gave a webside to put my refund request. I tried the webside it does not exist. anyway I am putting this complaint and see if you can help me to get my money back. or your advice to how to get my money back

Billed full amount for signing up for free trial product, never rec'd product to even try for 14 days to determine whether to cancel or not, bill full amount

SCAM
Ordered this product off the internet, it was SUPPOSED to be a free trial all I pay is $3.95 in shipping.Then I get my bank statement in the mail & see they have taken $149.95 out of my account before I even get the trial. I call them & they say I only have 10 days after receiving the product to cancelle my order, but I didnt even get to try it.I didnt even get the free trial until almost 2 months after I ordered it.Then they take another $77.91 out of my account.They just give you this stupid e-mail address to contact.Of course it was a scam they ain't goen to refund your money.

i called the company to get my money back . they said that i will not be able to get my money back i did not know the the product was 151.14. i call to cancel when i looked at my account and seen that they was a withdraw of 151.14 . i had a doctor appointment and the doctor give me something different to take to lose weight . that's why i cancel this product. i need my money back single mother with three kids 151.14 is too much money for some pills. please credit my account.

Fraud
I clicked on ad which actually looked like a news item. Got my FREE TRIAL they pulled $152.95 out of my account. I called advanceacai immediately after I found out what a scam the advance cleanse was. I ordered both on the same day. Received them on the same day and when I called advanceacai they told me that I had two more days to cancel yet advance cleanse had already debited my account.

they are a scam.I ordered the product 2/17/10 in which I had 14 days to cancel, which I called to cancelon 2/26/10., well my banking institute notified meon 3/6/10 that I was being billed for $149.95 to which I know that I cancelled the order in a reasonal time.I received a cancellation #.Well today3/9/10 I was billed for the $149.95.I called the company and they said a mistake was made, and I was refered to this site. I want my money.what can I do.

charge after cancellation
I received an order, had until march 6th to cancel subscription, cancelled on March 5, still got money taken off my debit account after. Confirmation # on closure is 1006370 received by Lou at 3:30 p.m. on March 5th, 2010.
