charged for product when returned before end of trial period
purchased product along with my brother on february 28, 2010. we tried it for a week and kept getting nauseas from it. we called on march 8, 2010 to cancel and we both recieved the rma # and returned it both that day. today is april 8, 2010 and they recieved my brothers but not mine and they will still continue to charge me 79.95 if not recieved by april 22, 2010. i pleaded with them for them to help me with this problem and they pretty much said too bad.

Stop shipping Product.
Dear est of "Health Buy" service, Ihope I made my self clear when I called your Coctomer service that I do not want to receive anymore any unwanted or unordered product. Why you are still chipping without my conssent.
I have no money on my credit Card so for this, it will be return to you. But after this notification, I will contact the Law if you ship me anyithing without my consent.
NB: DO NOT TAKE AMOUNT FROM MY CREDIT CARD. STOP, STOP AND STOP.

unauthorized charges
After reading other posted complaints on this site, i immediately returned the item within one day of recieving it, one month later i found a posted transaction on my account for 79.95 for the item. DO NOT buy this product. I called the company and thier excuse was that they didnt recieve the product back, even tho i went to the post office and sent it back using the unstructions given for a cancelation. I think this is a scam and they deliberately claim not to have recieved it. I have reported a fraud to my bank. AA says they will refund the money within 1 to 2 weeks. since i dont believe them, i went to my bank. I hope my diligence will get my money back.

I ordered the trial of advanced acai and by mistake I ordered two of them. I was sent the two and called to get the return number for the extra one on February 18th. The customer service department said I should be receiving the number within a few days and yet still have not received but have misc. charges on my account. I was charged a $79 fee for I believe is the one time membership fee, then $19.99 was credited to my account, then debited to my account and then I got three different charges of $1.97 which I am assuming are shipping for the new pills I should be getting in the mail. I cannot get through to customer service and it has been extremely frustrating and I just wanted to clear up all the misc. charges.

NEVER SENT ME ADDRESS TO RETURN PRODUCT
TRIED THE 14 DAY FREE TRAIL, CALLED TO CANCEL WITHEN THE 14 DAYS, THEY PROMISED TO SEND ME VIA EMAIL THE RETURN ADDRESS BUT OF COURSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EMAIL AS OF YET...DOES ANYONE HAVE THE RETURN ADDRESS ? I NEED TO SEND THIS BACK ASAP !

Risk Free Trial Offer
Was connected thru a link. Ordered a 14 day supply "risk free". Now they have charged my account $79.95 for a s0-called membership that I didn't sign up for and they are charging my account monthly for the same amount. Customer Service claims that their web site says that by giving them your credit card information, you are agreeing to a membership and continuing shipments automatically billed to your account $79.95 every month. No way is that true! If it was there I would have seen it. They said they would credit my account once they receive this shipment back, but I can't get a refund for the $79.95 they billed my account for the "free trial", since I consumed the product. Not only are they sneaky and deceitful, their product is crap!!! Don't order from them!!

False Advertising
I didn't order this product, but I almost did based on this alleged "report" by a journalist (http://www.news7daily.tv/us/us2.php?t202id=13275&t202kw=ADSONAR). There is another website reporting an investigation from Julia Miller (http://news6health.net/diet/index.php?sub=N6HPUL01xGenNetGenx). After further investigation, it became clear that this woman is not a real journalist and this "investigation" was fake. All the comments on the report are positive any additional replies have been blocked due to "spam". I tried sending emails to the addresses on both pages ( [email protected] and [email protected] respectively) and they both failed. These websites should be taken down because they are very misleading and will surely hook more victims in this scam.

Ordered trial and cancelled order one month later, via phone. They charged me $83.90 a month later.

SO I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO TRY THIS!!! GUESS I GET TO FILE A FRAUD CLAIM NOW... NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN
