I have no idea how this company decided that it was alright to indiscriminately authorize $94.00 (a repetitive fee) each month after I told the phone solicitor ("customer svc rep) that I felt it was a scam and they were not authorized to use my credit card nor my info.

Two months later I find Advanced Acai is deducting first $89.00 then $94.00 from my account each month (they use your mc or visa).

Help! How do we stop this company!

I provided my credit card account to authorize a $5.95 order. My account was charged accordingly. The next month, my account was hit for an addition $79.95. I did not authorize a full 30-day order of the product or authorize my credit card to be charged $79.95. Yet they did and they will not refund the amount. Because they have a tracking number for a 30 day supply, they are holding my account hostage. Even though they do not have my signature saying I received the product (which I didn't) or my authorization to charge my card.

I have been going between my credit card company and Advanced Acai since June, when this all hit my statement and came to my attention.

The company markets heavily this $5.95 offer and then supposedly only gives you 14 days to decide if the product works for you before hitting your credit card for $79.95. This is paperwork I never received and therefore didn't know it was a step I had to take. It is misleading and definitely sets you up to pay much more for a product than is advertised. In fact, I don't recall seeing the total price anywhere in the ad.

I feel defrauded and do not want to see this happen to others. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't credit my account. But they were able to put the amount twice against my card (I disputed the charge two times through my credit card company). I asked for a check and they said they don't write checks. They said I had to go back to my bank for the money and my bank (Capital One) said I had to go to them.

Please help me get my money back. Thank you for your assistance.

I ordered their $2.50 leader for a free bottle of product, they included a 19.95 bottle of cleanse that I paid for. I didn't know it had caffeine in it..It said all natural Both products had high doses of caffeine in them which I am really allergic to. I called them after I had taken one and had a negative reaction, to return the bottles. They wouldn't take the cleanse back so I was out 19.95. I returned the rest and then after a while it came back to me with postage owing. After my discussion with them I felt that they would honor my request to rtn but no..then a month later I got an $80.00 charge on my credit card...I called again and they said I didn't rtn it in time so the whole thing was due. I was able to talk them into a 40.00 credit but I am out $62.50 for no reason at all and they are not the least bit concerned that they are cheaters.

I called three days after the trial date expired due to problems of my disgestive tract. $79.95 was taken from my account, when I called after being told that I would not be billed and told I was not charged yet so a note added not to charge, I received my billingstatement and there it was. I was informed by another rep. that I would only receive a $40.00 credit. I will send information to the BBB on this rip off, you do not force a product on a person if they choose not to accept it. This is a SCAM, FRAUD, STEALING and outright DISHONEST.

I WILL NOT STOP! I want my full reund!

Placed a test order to try out product and the same day charged a high fee and two weeks later charged another even higher fee. No products sent and no order placed with warning of having to cancel. The company is a fraud and the people in charge are stealing money from unsuspecting customers. The advertise on the radio and are very convincing in their ads. But they are no good and will hurt yoye checking account causing overdrafts and loss of money, especially if you do not catch them in time. Stay away from this company. Buy nothing from this company or any associate afiliated with this company. They are theives.
