Hello... I just left Advanced Auto Body on Second St. in Napa, CA.

The owner had quoted a price to fix the back end of my Matrix, Toyota... and I had written it down... back in December.

I am a full-time teacher, and very honest. He just told me that he never told me that quote…even though he saw my notes from December.

He essentially called me a liar, and I left. I think others should know about this dishonest business owner. Thanks for your time. Connie Bauer

p.s. I have made an appt. with other local auto body groups... and will continue to see help.
