I recieved several calls from a number that would only come up on my phone as (ooo) 00000000 so naturally I did not pick up figuring if it was important the would leave a message. A while later my friend calls me saying he reccieved a message for a person at the legal department of ACS and related a number to call back but no name to follow up on. They also left a similar message on another friends message I found out later. Well when I called this number back it went straight to voicemail, so I started to look this supposed company up and found complaint after complaint for scams and fraud. Needless to say when they called again this morning I decided to confront them they proceeded to say the same crap everyone has reported. That I took oput some non existant loan, they could provide no physical proof caus eit was all done "Paperless" and it doent' matter my account never shows any deposit from these so called business people. That the only roof would be provided when i show up to court. Which to even proceed with legal charges they have to summon you to court and provide paperwork for the court case, so "paperless" legal charges do not exist. Then his boss got online asking if I would like them to fax it to my employer for proof. Which it is illegal to harass people at their place of employment in Colorado. I told him do what he has to do, and I will have my lawer look into it cause I know this is a scam and I am on to them. He then said I can have my lawyer call him back and that he doesnt' give a "Shit" what I did. Yeah so after we hung up I immediatly reporteed them to my bank, the credit beaura nad the fraud and identity theft unit my bank reccommend. I hope no one actually sends these people money. Total frauds!
