I have also been recieving thse kinds of calls for 2 months now. A man names Mark Williams has been leaving threatening messages on my phone and when I did finally speak to him he said that I owed Advanced cash USA 300.00 for a loan that I never received. He gave me two fake addresses one in Aberdeen Washington and another to a public library in Ithica NY. I am scared because they have all of my personal information. None of my family or friends have received any phone calls yet thank god, but these people have been getting increasingly worse with each phone call. I got bank statements from the month he said the loan was sent and there was never any money deposited. then he told me there were only two ways to resolve the situation, I could pay or go to court. When I asked him where the headquarters of this company is located he told me California but wouldn't give me an address. When I asked him to send me paperwork so I could have a lawyer look it over he refused. Does anyone know what can be done legally to these people. They know where I live, they have my ss#, and bank account information. I have a family to think about. What can I do?

646-783-4929 keeps calling and threating us that if we don't pay we'll go to jail. Won't tell why or what for. This man has a different name and a different company name everytime we call him back. He calls days, nights, evenings and on weekends. We have no idea what or who he is collecting for but he has our name, phone, address, SSN and an old bank account number. What can we do????
