Charges to credit card
I as many others saw their advertisement on the web and ordered what they called a free trial for shipping of 1.95. When they arrived they the shipping charges were 3.95 for the colon cleanse and 3.95 for the acai optimum. That should have been my first clue. There was no mention in the add that I would be charged 79.95 for each if I did not cancel and return the product in 14 days. When I saw the charges on my card the next month I called their customer service and spoke with some one of Indian descent and could hardly understand him but in essence was told that I had not called within the trial period and would have to pay the 169.90. I told him to immediately cancel my account and send no more product as I hadn't even tried the first shipment and was told I would be taken off and no more charges would be applied. One week later I have received another shipment and am sure have been charged again and want to know how I can return it and get a refund at least on this second order which I was assured would not be sent.

Refund
I order a trial period order then they billed my credit card for a membership fee that I was not aware of. I canceled my order in the 30 day trial period and have been told for 3 months they are processing my refund.

HELP TO THOSE SCAMMED!
I have had the experience that most the previous complaints have outlined! I was filling out the FBI scam form (as suggested by another) when I decided to do more research on this company. Since you receive no invoice, etc. it makes contact rather difficult (must blame myself for 99% of this )
They are Calais Naturals LLC which is actually in Florida and managed by a company called Sterling Management LLC. The complaints that have been filed against them is incredible (and you figure that is just those that know to file with the BBB) I am attaching the site so you will be able to get a refund ~AS I DID!!!
I can assure you that they will balk at this initially and give you the same line as the "customer care" dept. (interesting wording~care)!
Anyway, when you read to them the info from the BBB report they will change their tune. I was shocked at what was being charged to me! I ended up receiving 4 cancellation #'s!!!

Unauthorized billing
I recently ordered a trial of Advanced Cleanse and Acaii Berry for .99. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call from my credit card company about suspicious use for $169.95!! I disputed the charge and have been told it's a legal charge. I have since refused and returned shipments and am being charged $12.95 for something I don't want. What a scam!! I'm trying to get out of this. Help.

NOTE: This is a duplicate of my complaint about Acaiberry Pure! I have been working on the two products in tandem as they were offered and sent that way.
Product ordered with 10 day trial, arrived with just a couple days left of the 10 day trial, I phoned to cancel and was offered a 10 day extension and was told to call before the 10 days was up. Was given a CSR #.
Little did I know, I was billed $149.95 the day after my phone call.
Called in 9 days to cancel, was given CSR # and cancellation #.
Email arrived several days later confirming cancellation of shipping and no further billing.
Then my credit card bill arrived and I saw what they had done.
I called credit card company, three way call to company - refund promised, email with all information from me requested and sent.
Guess what - NO REFUND.
I have called the credit card company over and over and they have called the company each time and we have been promised a refund over and over and each time was given a CSR# and even once a Supervisor #. Email confirmation of this was requested by credit card company and was promised, but never received, although the supervisor of the Acai company verified my email address.
Now three months later am told by the credit card company I needed to put in a dispute within 30 days. Well, fine kettle of 3 day old fish this is - why did they not say so the first couple of times I talked with them?
Today, three months later they have filed it as a dispute "but it is probably too late."

unauthorized charges
This company charged me for 169.95!!! before I even got the product!! This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY THIER PRODUCTS CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND REPORT THEM.

Refund request
Ordered free trial 2-21-10, cancelled so called membership 3-9-2010.They won't refund the $169.95 that Iwas charged, because it was past trial period.

Unauthorized Charge
One and half months ago I requested the sample of Advanced Clease on a trial basis at $3.99. I not only did not lose weight but had severe diahrrea as a result. I did not re-order any more pills. A week a go I received more pills, unsolicited. The package was unmarked as to the sender ID, and there was no invoice with the pills. When I received my monthly charge statement, I noticed that I was charged $211.58. I immediately called up the charge card company and entered a dispute on this charge, as I never re-ordered this product in the first place.

RIP OFF
Stay away from Advanced Colon (aka Advanced Cleanse). I could write a lot about this rip-off company. They mislead you and out right lie to you. They have web sites that say they are giving you an "official review" of their product, but it's them doing the review. They ripped me off for $169.95. Don't order their free sample (you pay for shipping). They are in business to rip you off. Stay away. Run away as fast as you can from Advanced Colon (aka Advanced Cleanse).

RIP OFF
An ADVANCED SCAM is the proper name of company. Don't be fooled this isn't a risk free offer!!! I have been charged $219.95 for a product that i didn't even use... SAY NO
It has been a great ordeal in trying to resolve this issue and obtain a refund.. The company outsourced it's customer service to a foreign country between Europe and Asia. It is virtually impossible to speak to supervisor. You will be sorry if you decide to take the chance and involve yourself in this mass FRAUD!!!
