they say i order this stuff if i had to pay 169.95 or even for shipping on a free trial.

I ordered Advanced Cleanse after reading about a free trial offer on 2/10/10. I paid $.99 for shipping and handling. It took about 6 days for the product to be delivered. The offer said you had 14 days to cancel. I canceled it on 2/26/10. I received my credit card bill and was charged $149.95 from Advanced Cleanse on 2/25/10. When I called to dispute the charge, the person informed me that the 14 days to cancel is from the day you place your order therefore I was 2 days late canceling and they would not refund my money. I told her that it would not even give you time to know if the product worked or not before you needed to cancel. This is the biggest scam!! Also, their phone lines are horrible. When I called to cancel I had to call twice just to talk to someone that I could understand. The phones cut in and out and when I called today to dispute the charge, it cut out again. I think they purposely have the phones this way so you don't know what is being said. My credit card company is checking into it but I don't have a good feeling that I will get my money back. In hindsight I realize that they also didn't send me an email to show that I canceled the product which was my fault for not documenting it better but it is basically their word against mine. I really wish someone would put this company out of business!! From the looks of all the complaints from this company, I think there are too many people getting taken advantage of.

Refund my money
The ad deceived me and charged me $149.95 for a product that was supposed to cost a few dollars shipping and handling . You cancel the subscription and you still get charged. I want my money back and if not I will launch a full investigation. I work for the federal government and I'm sure there are regulations against such practices. How can you steal people's money in such hard times. No one has that kind of money to give away.

Currently being tormented by Advanced Cleanse in order to have $149.95 charge for a product that I do not want removed from my credit card as well as a $1.50 Foreign Transaction Fee (what ever the hell that is). I called customer service (877-268-8310) and listened to some irritating music for 8 minutes and 40 seconds before someone picked up. I was asked for my name and zip code. The person could not find an account on me and then asked for my email address. Still could not find any information on me. So my question was, "If you have no account, why am I being charged?" The person then suggested that I call back "tomorrow or the next two days" to see if they would have an account on me then. By this time, I'm really getting upset and trying not to be rude. So I suggest that if he could not help me he needed to transfer me to someone that could TODAY. I was transferred to a "supervisor" who consistently tried to sell me the product and attempted to tell me of its benefits. That really irritated me and I had to cut her off. In essence, I was told that I could not get a refund. English is my first language, so I asked, "Is what you are telling me, is that there is nothing that you or I can do to have this charge removed from my credit card?" Her response was No, and that I should try the product. After I told her that I was not interested in trying the product I was given an email address to the refund department. I asked for a telephone number but was told that there was no number for the Refund Department. A bunch of BULL. I will be contacting my credit card company to see what they can do to have this charged removed.

I wish I would have found this site before I ordered this advanced Clease off the internet. I guess the have even
raised their amount they took me for 169. Plus The bank fee for NSF. Don't order this off the internet. No contact info enclosed. The number they gave the bank for the charge is also not a working number

I ordered a $1.99 trial of this product. I understood that I had a 14 day trial period and during this period I had to cancel my membership. I thought that I had 14 days from recieving the product to cancel. You actually have 14 days from the minute you make the order to cancel. This is not clear at all on the web site. They also send you a notice from a friend on facebook so you think it is a legitamate business. IT IS NOT. Now they are taking $169.00 from my checking. They are refusing to give me a refund. PLEASE BE WARNED!!! DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!

DO NOT USE ADVANCED CLEANSE
HELLO I also ordered from this company on Feb 22 2010 and tryed to cancel the order on March 9 2010. But the company told me i didn't cancel within the fourteen day trial period . The day i ordered i printed everything that had to do with the order, and on that paper work it says that my shipment is estimated to arrive by March 01, 2010. I received my order on the 2nd of March. I did cancel my order on the 9th but the company already charged my account on the 7th it's a shame this company isn't corrected for trapping people into sales. If they had a good product they wouldn't have to trap people into buying. I didn't order the product just to get something for almost free i wanted it to work but the only thing the cleanse did for me was make me very ill it's the 20th and i'm still having problems i'm going the another doctor on monday to try and find the problem. And they will not REFUND my money. DON"T USE ADVANCED CLEANSE

Withdrew money from my account twice and I have yet to recieve ANY product
I never recieved the product or any kind of comfirmation that acknowledged my order. When I had not recieved the product by the 7th day of the "trial period" I called to find out what had happened. Something with address (although I have been recieving mail @ this address for over 5 years). Was assured that the membership had been canceled and they would still send the product. Several phone calls later I was told that I could request a refund. When I did that, they denied my refund for not only the trial but for the "membership" that I NEVER recieved!! I would not recommend this product to anyone!
