membership refund
I saw the whole "Miracle" deal about the advanced cleanse pills along with the use of the Acai pills. I requested the two free trials online. I received the Advanced Cleanse pills about 6 days ago and have not received the Acai product. I noticed my Creditcard was charged the shipping on 3/5/2010 so I assumed my 14-day trial would end on 03/19/2010, which was today. BUT I noticed this morning my acct. was charged the $169 and some change "membership fee". I called Customer Support and I emailed them requesting to cancel the subscription and to refund the membership fee which was charged on my card on 03/18/2010. Basically, I WAS DENIED any refund and to speak to anyone else. They advised me to request a refund via email- but again I WAS AUTOMATICALLY DENIED. I'm at a loss. I couldn't even use the free trial for the Advanced Cleanse because I went down with the flu and yet I was still charged the Membership fee. I haven't received the Acai product and there's no answer for Customer support via their 800# nor via email. I need help. That money was for my upcoming rent and now I"m broke. Can anyone help me?

SCAM
I signed up for the free trial of the AdvancedCleanse and AcaiBerry products. I received a "Thanks you and Welcome" email after my order. This email clearly stated to cancel call the customer service number or support@tryadvancedcleanse. I emailed my cancellation before the trial period ended. I was then sent a response AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD saying email cancellations cannot be processed!! I was billed the $169.95 membership fee along with $79.95 for a new supply. The customer service line was absolutely no help. The operator #20 (I think he said) kept saying he only processes cancellations. It was difficult to understand the operator because English fluency was severely lacking and the phone service kept fading in and out. I was directed to the refund email address which has become a worse experience. I explained the situation and my email response was a flat-out denial to refund my money and it also didn't address any of my concerns and issues. This is a huge scam and I am regretting this decision in the worst way!! $250.00 just gone...

withdrew funds from account without authorization
I ordered a trial of Advanced Cleanse and was told I would pay postage only on Feb 2, when I opened my bank statement today, March 19, the company deducted $149. 95 from my account on Feb. 19 without my knowledge or consent, I cannot find a phone # or address for the company on any of my paperwork, and would like to contact them to put my money back and cancel any obligation they think that I might have with them or their product.

Refund of my $169.95 Membership Fee
Who charges a membership fee of $169.95 before the 30 trial of a product is over? This company scammed me too by charging my CC after 14 days from the order date! You don't even get to use the product within the first week because of shipping time. Their is no way of telling if it's going to work for you in the first week of a 30 day trial supply.

I received my product while I was called out of town for my mother-in-laws funeral and by the time I returned the 14 days was up by ONE day. I pleaded for a refund claiming extenuating circumstance and the Loser on the other end was like a robot "I will not give refund, I will not give refund...".

Has anyone had any luck with a refund? Or the BBB?

SCAM
This product is a complete scam! Nothing on the website stated that they would charge me a fee of $149.95. I received an e-mail on 3/9/10 stating that my account was charged $149.95 on 2/22/10...the money was taken out of my account on 3/9/10. When I called to get my money refunded, I was told that they would not refund my account because I was past my trial period...what trial period?!
If this happens to you...call your bank and make sure that they do not allow any future charges from this company to go through!

I signed up for a free sample of advance cleanse and was only supposed to be charged for shipping which was $3.95. I gave no authorization for anything else to be taken out of my account. There was no fine print or anything stating I had to be a member or even cancel anything. It clearly stated that it was a one time FREE bottle. I would like for my money ($169.90) to be put back into my account immediately.

after canceling product my credit card was charged
i had order their product on march 3, 2010 and have recieved it . but on march 16, 2010 i found out that my job place was closeing down i was looking over my account and seen advanced had all ready charged my account. i had tryed to cancel this because i can't aford it now . now i just get a run around about getting my refund. which should not of been charged to my account until the 17th.

Unknown charges
I ordered the 14 day trial with no knowledge that I would be charged $149.95 for a membership fee. They will not refund my money.

didnt work
doesnt work didnt know about the membership fee they didnt let us know anything till it was to late for them to refund our money they didnt put it where u could see that they were going to charge us for this product that dosent work and then i called them and was under the impresstion that they were going to give our money back but called again then he told me that he couldn't so i have a cancellation and a bottle of pills that dont work and a huge fee for nothing i am very upset and think that it should be made very plain that they are going to charge a huge membership fee and charge for sending pills to u to try for free this is a bunch of crap and i want my money back

Scammed $149.95 from ATM acct
I just wrote minutes ago as LeePG. I've read over and over again everyones complains. We have to fight this %$#%$&^%$$# Company together, so the first thing is to NEVER, NEVER guve them your name, address and phone number or e-mail address (unless you want more scams). Before you waste your time writing your compaint to [email protected], they will only ask for your personal information when you select SUBMIT. Type alittle complaint so you can get to the next page, never use your personal e-mail address...create one in hotmail or AOL. When you get to the page asking for you personal info, select to pass and return later. At any point when you see a large red cross and in red Submit Complaint, select it. It will open you to a page asking for product/company name. This is the page that will show up on the site. Now LETS FIGHT. Complain to http://www.consumerfraudreporting, org and and the Internet Fraud complaints Centers Internet Crime Complaints at http://www.IC3.gov. Also check out contacting the Federal Trade Commission, The Alabama States Attorney General and The Alabama's Better Business Bureau. I've been contacting all and have been even considering the FBI. Needless to say I'm angry and I want my and everyone elses money back and this business shut down once and for all!
