company fraud....
I had the same problem like most of you with the membership fee of $149.95 being charged to my account after asking to try the acai berry and advanced cleanse. it is the biggest scam that I have seen in a long time... they stay afloat by sending you the pills to try and then charging you a membership fee for an entire year just to supposeably be able to order the product at a reduced rate... by the time you get changed you cancel the membership and they won't return the money they just tell you that they won't charge you anything further.
I contacted my bank and they ended up giving me a credit and did a charge back for the amount. I would definately not buy from them but if you do try this out and get scammed make sure you work with whoever you have been debited credit card or bank and work to get a credit. how extremely sad that some people make money ripping everyone off. hope this helps someone to not get the headache that I have gotten from this...

Diet SCAM
The fine print must be REAL FINE because I saw nothing that said I was going to be charged $149 within 14 days. I was out of the country when the product arrived. I would have NEVER sent off for a sample if this SCAM would have been forthcoming.

i called two days after i got the product and lefted a message to cancel my menbership. i waited for two more days and called again leaving the same message. when i called my bank to get a balance i had a over draft from a with draw of 149.95. i called the number again and they gave me this web-site. i went there and filled out the from for the re turn of my money. after checking my checking account this moring the money still hasn't been put back in to my account. so, i am asking whats up with this. doloris downing

FRAUD WITH A CAPITAL F!!
this company is a total and complete scam!!! i ordered this product and nowhere did it say that the 14 day trial was from the day you order it, so they took extra long to send the product only to have to look at my credit card statement to find out that they charged me $149.99!!! so i called them and the first time i call they tell me to call back because their system was down, i spent that whole day trying to get in contact with them!! i call again the next day and the operator tells me I KNEW it was a 14 day trial and that i would be charged $149.99 membership fee, so i told her to cancel it and refund my money and she said they cannot refund my money because it SPECIFICALLY says on their website that this fee is non-refundable!!! i double checked the site and nowhere does it say that it is non-refundable so i asked to speak to a manager and she gave me an e-mail address to request a refund. but of course i recieved and automated response that said my request has been denied. i emailed whoever it was and told them if they do not refund my money i will contact a lawyer and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. i just dont understand how they can justify keeping a membership fee if you cancel your account and ARE NOT A MEMBER??!!! it just doesnt make any sense!!! but i can bet you this...I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!! so if anyone out there is planning to file a lawsuit please let me know!!

"Trial Period" - Misleading Advertising
This company's advertising and CUSTOMER SERVICE (what customer service?) is horrible! For a "free 14-day trial" of their product, I had roughly 5 days to try it. When I disliked it and requested a refund, willing to return product at my own cost, I was denied, both by e-mail and then by telephone, by a CSR who told me the supervisor was not at work past 6pm. I'm reporting them to the SE Better Business Bureau. This company, called TOP Customer Service, has no idea of what that means in this economy. I asked for consideration and got nothing and I'm not going to stop until I get my refund!

Ripped Off/ Scammed
I originally ordered the trial run which was .99 cents plus shipping and handleing. No where in the original statement did it say i would be billed for more. Today I checked my bank statement and they bill me 149 dollars and some change. Im pissed i got ripped off and the stuff dosent even work. What a crock of crap.

I was taken in by the Acai and Advanced Cleanse scam on the internet. I ordered these "free trials" with good faith. Well, that has gone down the tubes. On the same charge card bill where the $.99 for the free trial of Advanced Cleanse was charged there was a $149.95 charge for the bottle I received. I called the company and like so many other complaints, you could not understand what the people were saying (English, please!), they kept repeating the same thing over and over, that I had signed up for this, and had not cancelled within the 10 day grace period, etc. There was no website or number to go to in any of the papers and/or product I received in the mail, and the first contact information I had was when I received my bill. I was given an emai site to cancel my program (no phone number available) and the next thing I knew I had a return email saying I still owed the money. I could not speak to a manager at any of these numbers - the managers were not taking calls - and reached no satisfaction at all. These companies I am sure are raking it in at the ignorance of their customers. I am taking them to the Better Business Bureau. They may not be able to do anything, but at least the complaint will be there. All of us should do so. What a scam!!!

Fraudulent charges
They are scamming me just like everyone else. I made an order, there was nothing about any annual membership fee, yet I received an email the very next day saying I would be charged the fee. I clicked on the link to cancel with in the allotted time frame, I have proof I sent the email and they did not respond. When I received the product, I called and left two voicemails saying I wanted a call back. I never received a call back. Then I got a call from the fraud department of my bank about a charge of $149.95. I have called and left another message, my husband and I have been calling and emailing back and forth with customer support, yet we are getting no where. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and frankly, all we want is out money back. Thanks!

Another individual screwed by these scammers. Everyone that has been taken by these POS should immediately File complaints with their states attorney generals office. lets see if we can get these guys out of business. Your state attorney general may be able to help you get your refund and if enough complaints are filed fine the company hundreds of thousands of dollars hopefully putting them out of business so others like us don't get screwed.
This is a great start but get involved and go to attorney generals site in your state and file a complaint against these individuals. Don't let them get away with this. PLEASE.

Refund.
They ftook $149.49 out of my account. Said I had 14 days to try it or your money back. It starts at the time you order and you get it with only 3 days to use it. I have eye drops and cannot use this with them. Been trying to get a refund. Have not opened the bottle. Just need my money back. This is a rip off.
