i received a phone call claiming i had received a payday loan and did not pay it back. Well i never received a loan through this company and told them to send me proof and all they could say is you have to be in court in 2 days and for me to have my lawyer get ahold of them and then they got off the phone. For one no money was ever put in my account and they have my information. The thing is that i don't even bank at the bank they claim i received the money at anymore.
