I signed up for the trial offer of the Pure Acai Berry Supplement as shown on the internet for $4.95 (shipping/handling). They did charge my acccount only $4.95. However, when I received the trial bottle, there was a plastic seal on the outside of the bottle around the cap, however, the inner seal was completely punctured. I called them to report this and either get a refund or a new bottle. They told me to call back as they were having trouble acessing their system. I then e-mailed them. I am waiting for a reply.
