I ordered a bottle of Acai Berry in January 2009 for the price of $4.95. I was charged that on my charge card and then another bottle came yesterday and I called the company, Advanced Wellness Research, to ask them why they sent another bottle and they said that I did not cancel the next order. I never signed anything saying to continue monthly sending this product. On top of that, they charged my credit card in late January $78. for the cost of the first bottle since the $4.95 was handling and shipping for trial purposes only. This information was not made known to me and I was misled to believe that the cost was $4.95 and that was it. They told me on the phone today the second bottle cost $83.80 but they would let me keep it and not charge me. This company is not a above board company and this is a disgrace that they have these type of practices. I would like the $78 credited back to my account also. I do not want this company to have my credit card information and now will probably have to cancel a card I have had for years due to them. I plan on taking this further to the Better Business Bureau and anyone who will listen.

The phone number given on the website to cancel your trial and avoid the 78.81 charge first said mailbox full and now says its not a working number. I don't know of any legit business that gives a non working number. I do have what I believe to be Nick Molina's personal phone number that I got from my bank transaction. This number is 3055341052. He has actually awnsered but I hung up. They have now charged me the 78.81 as of yesterday and I am going to talk to my bank and dispute the charge and get a different debit card.
