I am so FURIOUS at this moment, because I was charged $78.81 for a FREE trial of PURE ACAI BERRY Pills... plus the $4.99 shipping charges (which I paid upfront). I had visited the web site SEVERAL times to investigate this product before I tried it. NO WHERE did I see that I would be charged $78.81. I am always very cautious before I buy anything online... and could not understand why I was being charged this ENORMOUS amount. I stopped the pills when I found out that they had charged my account this VERY LARGE fee... and WOULD NOT return my money even though I was WILLING to send the product back. Customer service was only able to try to give me a discount on an additional bottle. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? I WILL NOT do business with a company that is so sneaky to get their money!!! If this product worked SO WELL... then why would you have to HIDE the charges in your "FINE PRINT"... (which I NEVER was able to find!). I will be sending an e-mail out to my hundreds of friends to WARN them to STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!
