I orginally ordered the $4.99 trial offer. Like all the other complaints when trying to reach company to return was unable to. Got charged $78.81 and called and called. Finally got through - was given and RMA # and told I would get the $78.81 back. Never got it so called again. Was told I would get the refund. Instead the next day I got charged $83.80. I called again and they are telling me they had computer issues and could only see that I got charged once $78.81 and that they will refund that. On Friday 12/26/08 I was told I would see the refund no later than 12/30/08. Not there on this date so called again. The guy this time told me that I need to be patient. I told him that I was promised the refund no later than today. He then told me it was done wrong and that he will do it again and that now it is between their bank and mine as to when I get the refund. I highly doubt that I will ever see it. I intend to go to my county attorney to file a complaint if I do not get my refund by Friday.
