DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS PROGRAM!!!
I ordered a trial product for the price of S&H only ($4.99) with a 14 day trial period. I was charged the $4.99 immediately. I tried to cancel the order via their 800#'s which was a joke. They either were busy, never answered or finally directed me to a voice mail box that was full. So, I couldn't cancel within the 14 days. Therefore I was charged the $78.81 on the 14th day. I went to their website to cancel and I received an automated reply stating it was too late! Then I tried to just cancel the membership so I wouldn't receive future orders. Egads! I had to request a password as a first time user. They provided an invalid password and at least 3 times they sent the exact same password in 3 separate emails. I'm no expert but when you re-request passwords you should never receive the same one over and over. Alas, a scam! I can't even cancel the membership.

I then sent a message via their website. It took them 3 days to reply wherein they only told me how to cancel via on-line. This has become a vicious circle. Nothing works! I now have to cancel my debit card so that they cannot charge future orders to it. I am still trying to fight this.
