I ordered a free trial of a teeth whitening just had to pay shipping. Used my debit. Nine days later I got the trial then noticed a few days after 4 charges of 78.00 to my bank account. Called to compalin and was on the phone for 45 minutes.Said they would reverse the charges except the one. Said I had 14 days to tell them if I liked it or not. Told them it had not been 14 days since I gor it. Thet said from shipping it was. They are from India and it is very hard to understand them. Hope they give me back my money. There is no US phone to call.

Advanced Wellness Research from Wood Dale, IL. needs to be closed down. They are running a scam and no one is doing anything about it. For the past three months I have called this company on seven occasions asking them to cease sending me their Acai Berry pills. In addition I have sent them three letters reiterating my message. Each time (when I finally get someone) I am informed that they will adhere to my requests, unfortunately they keep sending me the same product and in turn charge my credit card $83.00 each time, in one particular month I was charged for two deliveries which added up to $166.00. Yesterday I received another bottle of their product and sure enough they had charged my credit card again. Although I ask my credit card not to pay them I am told that this issue is between myself and Advanced Wellness. Today (07/23/09 I am going to return this latest bottle of pills to these people in a certified carton, my next step is to ask my bank to cancel my credit card. It is very sad that in this day and age that no-one including the BBB will do anything about this situation which quite frankly IS A SCAM.

Beware THIS IS A SCAM. The terms are designed so that you most likey will not receive the "produce" until the after the "trial" expires. They do this by starting your "trial period" the minute they charge your card. You are within your rights by the terms set forth by this scam company to cancell your order as soon as you place it. As far as I can see this is the only way to avoid the $88.00 charge. Good Luck

I signed up for the "free trial sample of acai berry" to find out later on my credit card statement that I had been charge $78.80 plus 4.99 for the shipping. I turn they also had a hidden box somewhere on that page that another supplement was going to be sent to me from the same company which was Brommilte and Power Tea supplements if I did not uncheck the box. Now get this...my acai berry charge was on 1 credit card and the other 2 supplements were on a different credit card but the charge was labeled "software" and it was for $34.95 plus $4.95 again labeled software. Now how did this happen? In the mean time, I was out at my mail box and the postman was going to hand me a package and guess what? It was another round of supplements...I refused them but when I came into the house, I went to my online account and found out they had again charged me for another $83.80 on 1 credit card and on my other credit card again they had charged me for these other 2 supplements in one swoop of $69.95 labeled software. This is amazing. I am reporting these incidents to the Federal Trade Commisson as these people need to be stopped. I was only able to get off the 1 charge of $83.80 credit. I have not be able to get the other charges off at this time. I need help!

DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION FOR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT. B ECAME ABUSIVE WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO REMOVE CHARGES. SAID THEY WOULD NOT REFUND CHARGES FOR PRODUCT I RETURNED TO THEM (UNSOLICITED). EACH TIME I CALLED, I SPOKE TO A PERSON WHO SPOKE TO ME WITH A DISTINCT ACCENT, WHICH I COULD NOT FOLLOW. THEY IGNORED WHATEVER I SAID, AS THO THEY WERE ONLY FOLLOWING A SCRIPTED CO CALLED CONVERSATION. I FEEL SO STUPID TO BE DUPED IN THIS WAY AND JUST WANT OUT OF THIS HORRIBLE MESS!!! I REALLY IS A CRIME.
