Placed the order and found out later that the trial period started the day I placed the order
Their ads are all over the web and even on reputable websites, like a friend of ours, so I tried it...just $4.99 for shipping and a 14-day trial period, cancel at any time, $78.93 per month after the trial period. Here's what happened: 1) Placed the order and found out later that the trial period started the day I placed the order, NOT the day that I received the product. 2) The product hurt my teeth and gums so I called back well within their 14-day period (starting at when they shipped the product) and offered to return the product and requested to cancel the product delivery. I was told my order was canceled and was given, what I later found was a bogus cancellation number. 3) A week later I found a $78.93 charge on my account and immediately called them. I was told that they had no record that I had called and that the cancellation number I quoted was not in the format of the cancellation numbers that they issue. Three times they tried to talk me into continuing to use the product. They finally agreed to cancel my product delivery subscription (but I wasn't given a cancellation number). 4) I wound up calling back the next day and asked if my subscription had been cancelled...it hadn't. I was livid. Demanded to speak to a manager. Was told that they were all in a meeting and that I needed to call back in a couple of hours. I demanded that they cancel my product delivery subscription and give me a confirmation number this time. After trying to again convince me to continue the product, they gave me a cancellation number. 5) I called back two hours later and they confirmed that my delivery program was cancelled, I spoke to who I think was a manager who said he could give me a $60 refund. I took the offer, but haven't seen the money yet.

False advertising...charged for FREE TRIAL of teeth whitening product..We gave credit card # for shipping charges ONLY!

Made an unauthorized withdrawal for $78.81 for a non-shipped order
I authorized a Visa card withdrawal only for Shipping & Handling as agreed for $4.99 March 21, 2009. Free 30 day sample, order # 240708. They also made an unauthorized withdrawal for $78.81 for a non-shipped order on April 06, 2009. Definitely fraud! I hardly had a chance to begin the free 30 day product. As noted above there seems to be two companies involved here.

Scam
I ordered a free trial of a teeth whitening just had to pay shipping. Used my debit. Nine days later I got the trial then noticed a few days after 4 charges of 78.00 to my bank account. Called to compalin and was on the phone for 45 minutes.Said they would reverse the charges except the one. Said I had 14 days to tell them if I liked it or not. Told them it had not been 14 days since I gor it. Thet said from shipping it was. They are from India and it is very hard to understand them. Hope they give me back my money. There is no US phone to call. Thnak you for listening

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam!!! I requested a "risk free trial" sample for the shipping price of $6.95 for their teeth whitening system. By the time I received the product, I was receiving additional products that I had not requested nor had I gotten the chance to even try the trial sample. When I looked at my bank statement, I saw that they had already charged me for the whole package. When I sent the product back to Advanced Wellness, I called them to inform them that I wanted my money back. Their call center representative was very rude and stated that I would not get a refund. I have written several e-mails to this company and was told the same thing. So now these a--holes have their unopened product and my money. To date, my account has been charged $166.17! The call center representatives that I have spoken with barely spoke any English, they were all foreign which makes me think that they are all scamming us from another country. Anyway, I have read all of the complaints about this company and they all sound like my own story. Some attorney who has a set of ba--s needs to get wind of all of this and put these freaks out of business!!! Heaven knows the individual who took this case on would have plenty of screwed over Americans that would have his/her back. Before writing this complaint, I was asked if I could also recommend ways that they could improve to better serve the community.

Rip off
I ordered the product and had 14 days to cancel. Nowhere did terms and conditions make clear that the 14 days started from the date you order! How can you cancel something you haven't tried? I cancelled within 10 days of receiving the order, but they debited my bank account for an additonal $78.00 and will not refund my money. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A RIPOFF.

I am an older Senior Citizen who has been ripped off by this company.
Their “Terms and Conditions” contract should be made null and viod since most Seniors can not understand it.HERE ARE SOME VERY DISTURBING EXCERPTS FROM THE CONTRACT.
