Fraud and scam
This company put five charges on my account. When I called trying to get an explanation, no one would help me. I've filed a dispute charge with my credit card since the company would not help me with returning products for a credit.

Unauthorized billing
They stated in their add that you could try a sample bottle for just the shipping which was $5.95. I sent for it and got it and then I notices a $78.81 Charge on my account that I had not ordered any more. I called them to complain and they said they ahd sent the order. I wanted my $78.81 back as I couldn't afford it but they they talked me into a lesser amount of 23.00. But I was never credit back my $78.81.

Continuing Charges for Trial Offer
There are two companies with companion ads that sell acai and totalcleans supposedly promoted by Oprah. I fell for the ads sending in about $5.00 for trial samples of each. Next month's VISA bill had charges of $78.84 for mastercleans and $78.81 for My Acai Offer. Apparently the fine print on the trial order had something about continuing to receive and pay for these products into eternity! DON"T BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!! You will have an Indian representative with an American name tellling you that they cannot refund the charges and they have technical difficulties - call back later. Whatever you do, you need to get a cancellation no. from them and an ID of the customer service representative. The refund of charges already made is another issue. Your claim needs to be "escalated" by the customer service representative and you need to dispute the charges directly with VISA. Good luck!!! I didn't realize Totalcleans meant that my pocketbook would be totally cleansed@@@

To the customer service rep that uses great language, you can bet less people will be using your product now. And we do read the fine print, it also says you can cancel which when you do you get hung up on or the customer service agent such as yourself says that you are having technical difficulties, you sure are, your company is a scam. The more people know this the less people that will buy this product period, regardless if it works.

Charged for product without my authorization
The Add stated you could try the product for 14 days free. If not satified or no results, there would be no charge. Then all of a sudden there was a $78.19 charge on my bank account. The way they got my bank information is that I had to pay $4.99 for shipping charges. That is all they said I had to pay. They did not give me time to repsond to my satisfaction of the product, which I only took 6 of the pills. They made me sick and I could not take anymore. I was in the process of shipping them back. I only had them for 15 days when I noticed the charge on my account. They would not let me speak to a supervisor. I am diputing the charge with my bank and trying to have the charges removed

I purchased 60ct bottle of pure acai berry. Offer read pay for shipping and handling to try it out. Then 2 weeks later they charged my card $78.81. After calling them to get my money back, they finally gave me only $60.00 back. They claimed the ad read free 2 week trial and then they charge. They actually put that charge through my bank at a time when it was low, and I got charged an overdraft fee.

PureAcai Berry supplement
this is terrible! I ordered the online free trial. I realized that this was a mistake and tried to call and cancel a few minutes later. They would NOT let me do this...they said i had to have the product first before i could cancel...well, this means i pay for shipping both ways for something that i already know i don't want. They couldn't even list me the ingredients at the India call center. How come they don't show a full list of ingredients...that is very fishy to me. This company is a joke!!

Acai berry capsules
They are charging my credit card for $78.81 without my agreement and they want me to pay for the "free" bottle I originally ordered. Their customer service are not fluent in the English language and don't seem to understand the problem. I want nothing to do with them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. it is a scam. I agreed to pay the S&H fee of $4.99, then I called and cancelled, and the man I spoke to said he would be sending an email confirmation. Never got that email, and I was charged $78.81 a week after I had cancelled. of course, they had no record of my call, and said I was being refunded, but they too, were incapable of sending an email. Totally sketchy. I am going through the bank and having them refund me but now I will have to cancel my card and everything.
