Just wondering if anyone has had success if getting a refund for this bogus product? I have called and emailed this company several times and they refuse to give me the correct return address and an "RMA number" (whatever that is) since I canceled my account the minute I saw my bank statement so they could not make any more unauthorized charges. They said they would refund $40 out of a $78.93 and a $83.92 charge. $40 for charges of over $160?! They said I can keep the product as a "gift" - give me a break! I just wanted to correct address to return this garbage, so they couldn't use it against if they got returned to the wrong one. These charges directly interfered with me being able to fill my insulin prescription at the pharmacy when my card was declined because of them.
Has anyone had any success disputing the charges with their bank? ...since this company is no help, whatsoever. What legitimate business doesn't let you return an unused, unopened product for a refund? 110% SCAM!
Any help with these thieves would be much appreciated...

3 months of calling to cancel delivery i got 3 different cancellation codes and product return codes I returned the items and credit was never received on all 3 occasions 3 phone calls to the company amazingly enough all 3 times the "computer systems were down" i called again today and was told the system was only down for 10 days they don't know how it wasn't canceled the prior 2 times! when i requested the shipments be canceled for the 4th time and insisted to speak to a "floor manager" who spoke little English and i was told that "he feels my pain and understands my concern" and assured me if i sent the cancellation request in e-mail form i would receive a response within 48 hours BUT HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK!??. I called the credit card company and they said they cannot stop the future charges. I see no other choice but to cancel my credit card and hope the charges will stop! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
I am sending an e-mail to Embarq thanking them for promoting this product on their website(NOT!) and suggesting they remove Advanced Wellness Research Pure Acai Berry from their website!

Hundreds of folks have scammed by this outfit. They offer a free sample for shiopping charge only, but continue to bill the credit card you use. Their site has some vague info about the plan, but it is still a scam. $200 for a 2 oz. tube of so-called teeth whitener is an outrage. I stopped my credit card to stop them from billing me. After a phone discussion I got a cancellation number, but this outfit is not above board and should not be trusted. When you talk to a customer service peerson, you're talking to New Delhi. Good luck understanding them!

REPORT THIS COMPANYto the FTC & BBB of So. E. Florida (561-842-1918 ext. 150), as I did. We need all the help we can get against this swindler! Also, I suggest you call 866-964-1011 REPEATedly TELLing THEM THAT YOU STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE PACKAGE they charged you for. I did this with my second unwanted shipping, & WAS FINALLY TOLD THAT $83 WAS BEING CREDITED BACK TO MY CARD.

I ordered the above product. Received it and then received another one. Called 866-922-5522. First I told them ( spoke with 4 or 4 people) I wanted the charge off my bill as I was sending product back. They said no, could not return item. I stated I wanted a supervisor and he told me he had no supervisor and I had to talk to him. He stated he could give me credit my account with $40 and I said no, then he stated he could give me $60. I again said no and that I wanted thew phone # and address of the big shots. Again he said no. I hung up and called later, spoke with a female, related the same thing to her, she told me not to sent back product as they would not accept it. I told her I wanted item off my bill. She stated she could only pay $40. Why can't you pay me $60 like the other person. She said she could. I informedthat I would get to someone higher than her. Next receivedanother paCKAGE. CALLED WITH BASICALLY THE SAME THING.
sO FAR I HAVE PAID FOR SHIPPING & RECEIVED $60. i STILL HAVE A BILL OF $83.92 ON MY STATEMENT. tHIS TIME THE MAN SAID i SHOULD HAVE RETURNED PACKAGE. I TOLD HIM THE LAST TIME I CALLED HIM, THEY STATED TO KEEP ITEM AND NOT RETURN ANYTHING.
