I went on to the Pure Acai Berry Pro website and ordered their 14 day trial. I tried to find the terms and conditions, but it was not on the page. There was a box checked that stated that you understand the terms and conditions, but there was no place to read them. When I recieved the confirmation email for my order, it stated that I would have to return the item within 14 days of purchase or I would be charged. What they don't tell you is that the 14 day trial includes processing time, shipping and transit time. By the time you get the product the 14 days is up and they will charge you for the full price of the product. I have included the emails from Advanced Wellness Research below to show the issue that I had with them. I asked to cancel the order within 1/2 hour of placing it and just today they told me they would cancel it. BEWARE!!!This is a scam. Go to your local GNC or walmart for that matter, you can buy the acai berry supplements and they do the same thing.

I did not have a question…I requested, on the same day that I ordered the product, that it not be sent to me at all. I don’t want to have to worry about getting it and then returning it. My problem is that you don’t give people any time to actually try the product. By the time I get it, the trial will be up and you will be charging me for the full price. The charge you are inquiring about is not a charge but only an authorization. Depending on your bank, it remains on your card for anywhere from 15-30 days. If after using our product during the trial period, you decide to keep it, we will then convert that authorization into a charge. Right now it is only an authorization and is not a billed amount.

I do not want it shipped at all. It is crazy to think that someone could try something for 14 days when included in that time is the time it takes to process and ship (including transit). By the time it gets to me the 14 days will be up. I contacted you the same day I ordered the product and I stated that I dont want it shipped at all. If you do ship it and attempt to charge my credit card, I will report it as fraud, as I requested (email below) that the product not be shipped nor charged to my credit card at all. I went to walmart and bought acai berry for less than 8.00, why would I want to pay your company (when I will not even have enough time to try the product) almost 80.00? Your advertising is misleading, as it says you will get 14 days to try the product, not 14 days less processing shipping and transit. My order was placed on the 12th, that means I am already 3 days into a trial period for a product I dont even have. As I stated above, DO NOT MAIL or CHARGE my credit card for this product. If I do recieve it in the mail, not only will I call the credit card company and put a fraud alert on it, but I will report your comany to the BBB, as well as to the Consumer Reporting Agency
