I first learned of them after finding their ad on MSN.COM where they displayed someone posing as a "Cathy" who gave testimony on two teeth whitening products offered by Advanced Wellness Research at "only" $4.95 shipping for two samples. The samples arrived and a week later so did another then the following week I received two more boxes. When I received my GM Credit card I noticed I had been billed four times to the tune of nearly $400.00. I immediately contacted my credit card company to get the $400.oo charges removed. The credit card company contacted Advanced Wellness Research to remove the charges and were sent a 12 page document instead that the charges were legitimate. I returned the boxes as per the credit card company advice. I feel I am out the $400.00 completely due this scam. I have contacted the US Attorney General's office and my local FBI agency and provided them with copies of their web site and other documents and I plan to sue Advanced Wellness Research CEO Nick Molina in my local Civil Court and include my attorney's fees.
BEWARE Advanced Wellness research and their associated companies that offer you a teeth whitening kit for only $4.95.
