Credit Card Charges
The offer on the website was a free trial for both products for just the cost of shipping & handling, Up receiving confirmation of order on 21 Aug, I learned I had to complete a Mail-in Rebate forms before realizing the reduced cost of $1.29 & $1.19 respectively. I was not comfortable with this so immediately requested cancellation of both orders that was confirmed on 23Aug10. Nonetheless, the full charges of $99.96 for each order still remained on my credit card. On 23Aug, I completed the Mail-in Rebate forms & mailed them in to Nutrition Craze Center. On 25Aug, both products were left on my door step. When I contacted Customer Care @1-877-529-3745 to arrange return of the products they refused to furnish the required RMA #. When I asked about the status of the Mail-in Rebates, I was told that because of the program I was enrolled in, I had agreed to forego any rebates. I told the representative I was not aware of any such agreement and full expected that my Mail-in Rebates would be honored. Then he said I would be receiving a $100 refund check. When I reminded him of the foregoing, he reluctantly agreed to send a 2nd $100 check. This never happened. On 15Sep10, the latest Support Center Report showed that both orders had been "closed" without honoring the Mail-In Rebates. On 5Oct10 I mailed a Certified Letter to Calais Naturals asking that this dispute be solved by honoring the Mail-in Rebates, issuing credits to my Visa Credit Card or sending the refund checks as promised. In the event this dispute was not resolved post haste, I intended to seek help from PA AG Consumer Protection Agency. On 15Oct10, a representative of Calais Naturals telephoned to advise me that I would be receiving credits to my Visa Card within the next 3-5 business days. On 19Oct10, both credits including the shipping charges appeared on my Visa Credit card, thus resolving the dispute. Nonetheless, I filed a Consumer Complaint Form with PA Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection with all supporting documents as a matter of record. I am submitting this complaint to the BBB for the same reason - so others will know how this company operates and will not have to experience what I went thru.

Non authorised deductions from credit card
I took the option of a free sample from both these companies, operating from the one website. The offer was for cost of postage and handling only. That was billed on 2nd August. No complaint about that.
Then two weeks later they took two lots of 99.96 USD from my credit card for each of the products without my authority.
