It does not matter how many funds you donate, Mr. Alter, or how<br />
many wonderful "titles" are bestowed upon you, your true walk is the one you walk everyday. Your company policies have hurt and betrayed hundreds of thousands. I know I have to find a way to forgive you, for the suffering you have caused my family, Mr. Alter. But I do not have to respect you. You have no right to expect it.

We started out at %7.99 for a Corporate business card
Then out of the blue 4 months later (even tho the rate was supposed to be a fixed rate ) the interest went to %30 .
We have no late, no over the limit, we have always paid more then was due. We have a excellent credit score.
When contacted they said it was a "utilization review" that resulted in this action. They would not correct it and we had to find a way to pay it off.
They are legalized loan sharks on unsuspecting prey and should be not allowed to advertize on the web at all! They are dishonest in their business practices.
