Main complaint = charged for toll fees that I did not incur. I travel to Denver 5-6 times a year. I do not travel on I470, not on any toll exits. Nice try Advantage. You lost a customer for $13.00 Vs my annual car rental expense of $2K.
Secondary complaint - too much pressure to upgrade with very little value. Even the hybrid that I upgraded to was only a break even deal for me, and I drove about 700 miles.
Third complaint - the car was pretty ratty. significant collision damage at front, and obvious dents and scratches 360 degrees, with dented hood too.
Fourth complaint - why do you need to know if I'm bringing luggage or not? If I ever HAVE to rent from you again, do not ask me that.
