Refund Request I am Tarsha Page. I reside at 555 Loust Street Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730. I am writing you to inform whoever this may concern that I never ordered this product. i never received this product. So therefore I am writing you all for a refund of $149.95 that my credit card was charged. I was giving two cancellation numbers to eliminate any other charges 81284 & 812284.
