So after a two hour drive to the wonderful spot of North Conway we finally reached our destination of Adventure Suites, i have been waiting for so long to stay at this place. As my boyfriend and i open the side door we get hit with a awkward stinct, while walking down the hallway feeling creeped out, we reach the front desk, we are greeted by two nice employees and a gray cat sitting on the counter, who check us in and escort us to our room..(cave room) we enter our room and we just looked at each other, we knew it was nothing we expected! after 20 minutes of the employees showing us how to use this and use that and showing us the way the water falls from the shower heads, we finally get the chance to let each other know how we feel about this place, NOT GOOD! we look around, check out the 2 person hot tub which has no pipes or tubes connecting to any source of water, my boyfriend opens the cover and poof! there it isd the smell of hot cheesy sox! Just wait it gets better, as we go to the bed to watch a movie i peel the comforter off to find a DIRTY SOCK and SANDY SHEETS, we finally get new sheets we get back into the bed and i hear buzzing, look over and there it is a fly the size of a kumquat! That was it we packed up and headed for the front desk! to find that nice employee not being so nice anymore, he proceeded to call his manger who said she and a staff of cleaners changed those sheets herself, MIND YOU, SHE GOT THE MANAGER POSITION FOR KEEPING DIRTY SOCKS IN BEDS? So they would not refund us for that night or the next night. they were not in any means the helping kind of people. So that night we found ouselves searching for a room, finally we find one an amazing hotel with great customer service!
