Aero All Gas in Hartford, Ct, a family based propane supplier, has appeared to forget their roots as a company. 17 years ago, they buried propane tanks in my neighborhood and have supplied the propane ever since. Problem is, they've charged different rates to home owners during the entire time. Currently, they've charged from $1.80 to $3.54 a gallon for the same product in the same neighborhood with substantially the same construction. They've bullied new home owners and not educated them as to their options in the purchase of propane. All Gas can't even sell their used, buried propane tanks for the same price...having charged $400, $500, and $1000 for the same tanks within a week of each other. A greed based company that never returns calls, has lost it's bearings in customer service and in doing what is right... pursuing the almighty buck on the backs of old, retired folks who can't afford $3.54 a gallon... shame on Dave Pollock, the owner of All Gas...
