Bought a premier raised bed, it failed under warranty. Warranty bed failed under original warranty. Third replacement bed did not have features of first or second bed. Customer service is awful. They close at 4:30 central time, so if you are on the west coast forget it. Each time customer service keeps me on hold forever. Today, I have currently been on hold for 1hour and 49minutes. Still holding.
