I have called, left messages, left my phone number - called again and again and again. I have written emails. I've been on hold for over an hour two times and another time over twenty minutes. I've called back and left my number on the promise of their recording that they would call me back. I have left my number three times.

They ignore everything!

I have a problem with what they shipped me and I am completely unable to get help from this company.

They take your money and run and never make any attempt to service their product.

Very frustration. I will never recommend this product.

It has been three weeks of attempting to contact this company.
