Yes I got caught out too, Paid Aerosat a year in advance and been sorry I ever did. They promise a 247 connection yet every night at 12 the network becomes none functional, don't bother to download you will get a 'time-out' or 'connection rest by peer' out of a year about 2 months were trouble free. Please do not bother to complain as the is a company that only has staff with first names and no surnames, nobody knows the manager the closest I got was, 'Lauren Somebody' nobody phones you back, there help desk is clueless or being forced by management to ****to you.
The past week was the worst and getting through to the help desk is fruitless, because every time they have a different excuse and nothing gets done.
How can a Company be allowed to operate the way Aerosat does as it borders on fraud...will the refund their clients for all this downtime...I do'nt think so. Client service in this company is none existent.
