dear sir,
I am a user of airtel mobile phones since 1997, before one & a half year ago i have taken a airtel add-on sim & in october 2007 i have requested them to close down the sim, they havenot blocked it & also sending me the regulerbills of this airtel sim along with my main number.
After doing complaints about this they are ready to deduct only three months charges of add-on sim & not giving the refund of bill charged from october
I am unable to understand, how the company like airtel is doing this
