The representative stated I would need to get a medical clearance and she would check to see if I could be pre-approved for fianancing. The representative figured that the procedure would be scheduled some time at the end of May. They would call me. My Medical did not clear and I did not receive any calls. Around May 27, 2008 GE Money Bank tried to clear an electronic check (info taken at consultation for pre-approval) against my checking acct. They tried again in June and deducted $293 in July 2008. I filed a fraud claim with my Bank and alerted GE Money that it was a fraud claim. Lipozap, MedAethetica Medical Grp/Aesthetic Network Assoc. are out of business. GE Money states they paid $3187 (approx) to the Merchant so I owe them the money. They have been reporting negatively on my crefit report and have kept me from getting financing for things I need. There has been no information as to what happen to the company.
