BEWARE of this organisation!
Adaptive Affinity (who own Rewards Now amongst many other companies they hide behind) are a dodgy organisation who blatantly steal money from consumers by alleging that they signed up to certain deals, which 99% of people claim they didn't (including myself!). They will send you the same standard default message when you do complain which is merely words on a page and can provide no evidence to support their claim that you willingly signed into the membership programmes. AVOID THIS COMPANY, IT'S SUBSIDIARIES AND THOSE COMPANIES WHO AFFILIATE THEMSELVES WITH THEM!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! COMPLAIN TO THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING - THE MORE COMPLAINTS THEY GET THE MORE THEY WILL HAVE TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS ORGANISATION WHO BELIEVE IT IS NOT A CRIME TO STEAL FROM PEOPLE IF THEY DO SO WHILST HIDING BEHIND A DESK!!

Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to you today in order to ascertain the reasons behind money being taken from my bank account by Rewardsnow.co.uk without my permission.

I have never heard of Rewardsnow.co.uk and have at no point enrolled with your company. Therefore, I wish to request your evidence of any enrollment which you consider to be legally valid.

Please be aware that legally valid evidence does not consist of vague template emails or any copies of non specific documentation devoid of the name of the addressee or membership/reference numbers. I wish to see all documentation referring to this "membership" and reserve the right to issue your company with a Subject Access Request if you fail to do so.

It is essential that you are aware that I will begin legal proceedings against your company unless you provide legally binding evidence of any enrollment which you believe has given you the right to withdraw money from my bank account without my express permission.

I also request an immediate full refund of £19.95to my bank account as well as confirmation of cancellation of any "account" held in my name. Furthermore, I request a full written apology and your assurances that there will be no further withdrawals at any point in the future.

Please provide me with full details of your official complaints procedure as I wish to begin the process of escalating this matter to the authorities which regulate your industry. I will ultimately be providing the Office of Fair Trading and the Financial Ombudsman with details of your handling of my complaint which may result in action being taken against your company. I wish to state that it will not suffice if you deal with this request by simply supplying an address to which I should direct my complaint. I am within my rights to request a copy of your official complaints procedure and therefore expect you to deal with my request appropriately.

Failure to adhere to any of the above requests (which are all perfectly legitimate) will be recorded and provided to the relevant authorities in due course along with copies of all correspondence between myself and you company.

I believe it is reasonable to expect your response within 48 hours.
