About a month with this company, I ask if I could have the due date changed from the 27th to the 3rd of the month because that is when my SSI is put in my account, they said they could do that but I would have to pay a eight dollar andso many cents extra, well I done that and after that every month my bill is for two months twice the amount I owe, last month I was one day late I got up that morning on the 4th to pay it by phone it was disconnected I payed it using my track phone still no service I had to pay a 60 dollar reconnect fee plus a months in advance and my next bill is here and it is still saying I owe for two months I should owe nouthing for this month people come on, and today is Sat. its due tomorrow which is Sun. the office is closed until Monday so I can't speek with anyone and if I don't pay it guess what? disconnect on Mon. this company provides misleading information and fail to offer complete detail informations about there services . They have ripped me off for 104.00 and i want my mony back plus I want everyone elses money returned to them they have been mislead by this company and had there money stole from them as I have.
