Bought a Dell power supply from these people. Received it, found that it didn't solve my problem and returned it under their RMA policy. All this happened before Sept. 15, 2007. THREE MONTHS later, they have still not refunded my purchase price less restocking fee. They also have ignored my email to them.
DON'T buy from these people unless you are sure that you won't return an item.
