During 7'13/2009, I could not get my computer to respond to a security glitch. I contacted HP Support services. There were several attempts to tie-in mobilly to my computer, but it never happened. I wound up having to solve the problem on my own. Yet I was still charged for hooking-up to my computer, which never happened. I need this charge removed from my Afscme Advantage Mastercard.
