Dreadful awful service. I bought an expensive motherboard and it turned out to be faulty, I returned it and was eventually told that the damage must have been my fault (it wasn't) and that I had to pay the £50+VAT repair charge. I refused and had to send many emails quoting the law to them (they seem completely ignorant of the law regarding long distance purchases) before getting a refund of the purchase price. I'm now trying to get the cost of returning the board to them back (Trading Standards confirm I am entitled to this) and am shortly to make an offical complaint. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
