RIPPED OFF
The information that was given to me over the telesales is not what the phone is.
I cannot even use the phone with my PC – I was made to believe it has potential that the Nokias and Blackberry’s have
The phone is 100% NOT user friendly – plastic material and not the metal as I was promised
The phone price is multiplied more than 5 times based on its quality
The battery can not last a day - even when fully charged overnight - without making any calls

TOUCH SCREE NOT FUNCTIONING
I have been paying for a cellphone that is not functional from April 2010 to date. And I have reported this to them but nothing was done. I now only use their sim cards, because every month an amount of R399.00 is deducted from my salary.

not working
i was contackted by bayport financial services about a cell contract and i asked for the AG bombshell but wanted 2 of the same phones they sed it is ok and i had to pay an aditional amount every mounth. when the phones arived i contact ag cellular and told them to cancel it and pick up the phones because they didnt send the same phones.
the other phone was not even working (screen display not working, no ringing-speker folty)
the bombshell stoped working after a week just switched off as soon as u put it on and kep on going on and off the hole time
i have phoned them on seperat ocations but was unattended from bayport finantial services and and ag cellular
after 2 years of not having the plesure of the use of the phone they demand R11000.00 from me that i wont pay what can i do

Pathetic customer service
on the 9th of July 2010 i received a cell c replacement sim card (sim swap0744088083) that i received from bayport cellular after i lost one, just after delivery i realised its not working and i immediately contacted bayport peoples, the agent told me it will be activated after seven working days, on the eighth day i called again seeing that its not yet activated and the agent that day promised it will be done immediately, it never happened!! i've been calling these agents from then until today all with different stories all they know is to transfer to another untrained agent, i dont think these guys know how to deal with such matters and pity because they still deducting on my salary monthly.very poor service.Neo Selepe 0829659706

Non delivery of phone
I was called to take a contract with AG Cellular and it has been more than 10 days and was told it will only take 7 days at the most.

no delivery
I get a cellphone contract at ag cellular. I receive my phone on a friday the tuesday i sent it back the phone didnt work properly and the charger was dead. The agent tell me I will receive it back the next week It is now 2 weeks i try to phone them when someone answer the phone and told me I must phone another number without any success. the number is the whole day engaged. I put my cellphone on redailing the whole day without any success. I must now paying for a thing that I dont have do you think that is fair.
