I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle (2000 Lincoln LS) from Mike at Agape Auto Warranties for approximately $1800. Unfortunately I have had to use my warranty on several occasions. The first time I had my fuel tank repaired, the warranty company refused to pay for both fuel tanks on the vehicle and the dealership absorbed the cost of the second fuel tank. Agape mailed a check weeks later that was NOT signed, the dearlership returned only to wait another several weeks to get paid. The second time I had to have my vehicle towed in as the alternator went out. The dealership received approval for the repair but insisted that they be given a credit card before ordering and repairing the part. They did and charged the card that included the towing bill ( which is included in the warranty ). Agape (Mike) called the dealership disputing the charges and threatened to reverse the charges. The third time in November My AC went out in my vehicle, they did not like the cost estimate from the dealership and sent their own estimator to evaluate the problem. I was told I could rent a car by Mike and after weeks of waiting for the estimator I finally dropped my car off at the dealership only to wait 10 days before repair was completed. Agape ordered a compressor and it took 10 days for the dealership to receive this. January 15, 2010 I called the dealership to have my oil changed and to check my A/C as it was not cooling and I was told that Agape has YET to pay for the $761 invoice which included the rental of $350. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Agape does not answer my calls or returns them when I leave a message, their phone is now constently busy..I believe they have shut their doors. I now have to pay to replace the faulty A/C that was sent by Mike (Agape) as I cannot get a hold of them, and I need A/C in south Texas. I would be glad to participate in a class action law suit against them without hesitation!
