The first time i used the company-it was a nightmare. It took over 3 weeks to get the repairs completed. Finally they paid what they were suppose to. On March 21, 2008 I took my car to the Ford Dealer Service Department, figured would move a little faster. I received a call from the Ford Dealer that the Company is in receivership. I would have to pay for the repairs myself and they would reimburse me down the road. They could not give a date as to when i would receive payment.
Agape sold me the contract for Ultimate Warranties. They are just as much at fault.
