I ordered product online. Thinking this was a free sample I had to only pay shipping for. I used the product for a week, I did not find it useful. I returned the product with the rma. I was recently charged for a processing charge of over 7dollars. I called and asked if I was to e charged more. They said they would charge my account 69.95 if I did not return product. I begged them to give it a few more days to show up in the mail. I did not have the funds to cover the extra 69.95. They changed the date the transaction was to go through to give me a few days. Then they changed it back! I was charged 78 dollars by my bank because they did not do what they were suppose to do. I called them because I was upset, and the operator told me that my return did not show up on the computer. I said that I mailed it back and she asked about a tracking number. I do not know what a tracking number is, and if I did I could give it to them to find the status of my return!!! I am still waiting for my refund, they might not even give it to me because they told me the post office looses things and if I can not prove I sent it back...well you get the picture. The product was not worth the hassle. Stay away from doing business with age invisible, I could have spent $150 on buying my baby a crib, but I have nothing to show for it now. Thanks age invisible :(
