did not refund my money
I ordered product from this company and was not pleased. I placed a call to them and was told I woud receive a return confirmation number through email before 14 days was up. I never received the comfirmation number so I mailed the product back within 14 days to prevent from being charged. Two weeks later I was still charged for a monthly shipment. When I made another call informing the company that I returned the product, Jessica, an employee, said she could clearly see that I did return it and that it hadn't made it to the company but I would not receive my money back in refund! WHY!!! IS THIS THE WAY THIS COMPANY MAKE IT'S MONEY?! THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS!!!

taking money
I order a free trial of ageinvisible and all u had to pay was shipping and handeling and after that if you like the product, you well be sent more or you can call and cancel, , well now they are making me buy the product, , why do they say all you pay is shipping and handleing to try our produck, , i was allergc to it and gave it away and they are charging me

Fraudulent Practices
This company employs the same SCAM as AcaiBerry (FWM laboratories). They offer a 14 day "free trial" of Age Invisible where the consumer only pays a small shipping & handling fee. You have to cancel before the 14 days expires or they automatically enroll you in their membership program and charge you $69.31 a month. The 14 day trial starts when you place the order and not the postmark on the parcel.
My credit card company called them and they "canceled" my membership but couldn't issue me a credit because they didn't have that capability. I ended up canceling my credit card. Also, this product does not work! Don't fall for this SCAM.

unauthorized charges
I recently order their product and had the shipping and hanleling charged to my visa charge card. The company said that if you were not saiisfied to return with 14 days and you could cancel your membership and would not be charge any additional money. The shipping was Not refundable and was justified.
I returned the product UNOPENED the day following my recieving it at my expense according to the instructions I was given over the phone. On 1-20-2009 they charged my visa and additional $39.95. Where I called customer service and spoke with a Supervisor named Ashley they have done nothing but give me a run around. They agree that I cancelled the membership but that they are within their guidelines to charge me the additional $39.95.
This in my opinion is Fraud both Mail Fraud & Banking Fraud. I intend to contact the USPS and my Bank to see what steps I can take against this company.
If anyone else has had dealings with the company and have had similar issues please contact me.
