My son has insurance through this agency and they have changed the premium several times due "additional findings in driving report" They wrongfully withdraw money from his account causing several overdrafts and canceled his policy without notice. We received a call that the policy was canceled and his own agent didn't know about the cancellation. His agent had been working with the agency to get his fees refunded and his policy straightened out but never communicated to the agent that they were canceling his policy. We were told at 12noon that he needed to complete a no loss statement and sign before 12midnight or he wouldn't have any insurance over the weekend. I have a teenage who is just that a teenage they don't understand all of this legal crapt and when I as a responsible parent try to intervene and get some understanding they were very rude and disrespectful.

I HATE THIS COMPANY AND THE ONLY REASON MY SON IS KEEPING THIS POLICY IS BECAUSE WE LIVE IN THE CITY AND THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST, BUT TO BE HONEST I WOULD RATHER PAY $50-$100 MORE A MONTH WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAN TO PUT UP WITH THIS COMPANY'S BULLSHIT.

I CAN'T WAIT TO DROP THIS POLICY AND GET WITH A REAL REAL INSURANCE COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!
